DEPOSITS
I require a deposit of $50 for all bookings made during my tours.
In the event of a booking of 90 minutes or longer. I will ask for a $100 deposit.
The deposit must be paid within 15 minutes of securing a booking.
Non payment of a deposit at the time of booking will result in you being deprioritised and you will not get your desired slot.
If I cancel. I will provide a full refund via beem only.
If you cancel within 1 week of the tour date, there is no refund on the deposit
If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment you will be required to pay a $100 last minute cancellation fee.
If you cancel on the same day of your appointment, you will be required to pay the full booking fee as outlined.
I have a “1 strike and you are out” policy. This means if you contact me without any intention of paying a deposit. You get put on my permanent “no” list. I believe I have ample proof that I am a genuine provider and I provide several options, including anonymous ones for this deposit. I am not interested in having a debate about it. I do this small deposit for my safety and to ensure you are genuine. If you cannot respect that I ask that you see someone else. Do not waste your time.
PAYMENT
Please note; I require cash payment on the day. I will not accept digital payments for the balance.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
I am fully vaccinated for COVID-19 with a mix of Pfizer and Novavax and am also up to date with my flu vaccination. I will be prepared to show my immunisation status on the day of the booking.
If you are immunocompromised, I am happy to provide a combination rapid antigen test on the day.
I get regular complete sexual health testing every 3 months.
BOOKING TERMINATION
Unsafe behaviour during a booking
When you choose to make an appointment with me. You agree to treat me with the utmost respect, dignity and courtesy.
Respecting my boundaries and consent is non-negotiable.
What would cause me to terminate our appointment?
Physical Violence
Sexual Violence
Bullying or Harrassment
Stealthing or Non Consensual Condom Removal
Coercion, Threats or Intimidation
Boundary Pushing
Non Payment / Short Changing
Rudeness
Non-Consensual Filming
Being under the influence
How can I avoid termination?
By being a decent human being and not engaging in the above behaviours.
LEGAL
Criminal behaviour by the client
If a criminal act happens during the booking. Avery will not hesitate to contact the police. Avery expects to be treated well during sessions and does not accept violence, stalking or harassment. Workplace violence is not acceptable under any circumstances. Studio Honey’s has a state of the art CCTV system in place at all times. Please, Respect all sex workers.
Non Payment of Monies by the client
In the event of a non-payment by the client. Avery will pursue the client to the fullest extend of the law. I will send Letter of Demands to anywhere I can contact you. I will also take you to VCAT or other other appropriate civil action routes. If payment has not been made and my VCAT orders are ignored. I will not hesitate to contact the police and make a criminal complaint. Withdrawing or non payment of a sex workers services is a serious sex crime.
REVIEWS
I have a strict “No Testimonials or Reviews” policy on certain websites. I will blacklist any client who utilizes or posts a review of me on Punter Planet, Aus99 or The Naked Truth. I personally find the user base of these websites, unacceptable and I do not want to draw any attention from these forums. I believe it to be an extreme risk to my safety and sanity to have any positive reviews in these spaces.
I ask that if you would like to to leave a review to leave them on Google Reviews, Ivy Societe, Scarlet Blue or send me an email and I will publish it on my website. I do not have an issue with reviews in general and I will accept them on these platforms.
I also insist that you keep them brief and to the point without an excess of explicit sexual detail.
I treat our time together confidentially and so should you.
